SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 48-72 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. With high demand items, your order may be backordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.

How do I redeem CashBack?
Check your email after purchase. Click the link, fill out the form, and choose your reward.
Any exclusions?
Regular-priced items qualify. CashBack cannot be applied to sale items, final sale, collaborations, and promotional discounts.
Why the wait?
To prevent fraud, there's a holding period of 30 days, corresponding to our return window.
How do I use store credit?
Enter your store credit number at checkout and make sure to use the same email address.

How long until I get my prepaid card?
As soon as you confirm your selection, we will email details about your card. It may take up to 60 days to activate.

Anywhere that accepts the payment network on your card, subject to limited restrictions.

How do I check my card balance?
Email [email protected] with the last four digits of your card for balance details.
What do I do if my card was declined?
