Domestic Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made an online purchase within 30 days from order placed, and have unworn merchandise with all original tags attached, click the returns button to get started. Note, all clearance, archive sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Malbon does not offer exchanges. Return only for refund or store credit.

Purchases made on the Malbon golf ecommerce sites or at any of our retail locations may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days from order placed or in-store purchase if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All sale items from Online sales and archive sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns of online purchases can be initiated by clicking here and entering in all required information or can be brought to your nearest retail store location. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

If you would like to complete a return from a purchase made at a one of our retail stores, please reach out or visit your local store. (Carmel Location not accepting online returns). Online is not accepting store returns. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns requesting a refund. No fee is charged if item is exchanged, or Store credit is selected.

International Returns

Please include the original packing note. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund, no exchanges (minus shipping costs). Note that the 30-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit.If it is shipped within 30 days, we consider that in accordance with our return policy regardless of when it arrives. Save all tracking information. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

International Shipments 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Malbon Golf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged 

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

Items requested to be price matched must be in stock and identical to the item in the request. If the item meets the eligibility criteria and is verified by our team, we will match the lower price by issuing a Malbon golf electronic gift card / store credit.
Purchases made past a 30 days from original purchase will not be eligible for a price match.
Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, current sales, promotions, or special offers.
Our Price Matching Policy is subject to change without notice.
Malbon golf reserves the right to refuse any price match request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
